A Promised Policy is a targeted commitment we make on specific applications. Example: “Placement to Malta within 6 months”. Promises apply only when explicitly stated in the candidate’s contract and when eligibility criteria are met.
2. Candidate Eligibility & Obligations
- Provide accurate personal data and valid documents.
- Upload required documents within specified timelines.
- Attend interviews and medical checks as scheduled.
- Comply with local and destination-country laws.
3. What the Promise Covers
- Employer placement efforts in the promised destination.
- Visa assistance and onboarding support.
- Candidate updates via dashboard, email, and SMS.
4. Limitations & Exclusions
The promise does not apply where delays are caused by:
- Candidate non-compliance or missing documents.
- Government or visa processing delays.
- Employer-side cancellations or changes.
- Force majeure (pandemics, disasters, travel bans).
5. Remedies & Refunds
- Free re-placement to another verified employer.
- Partial refund of fees (subject to contract).
- Other remedies specified in the signed agreement.
Submit claims via your dashboard within 30 days of the missed promise deadline.
6. Example: “Malta within 6 months”
This promise means: from the date of signed acceptance and full document submission, we aim to place the candidate in Malta within 6 calendar months. The clock pauses if delays are caused by the candidate or external authorities.
7. How We Measure Timelines
- Start: signed acceptance + all required documents submitted.
- Milestones: Shortlisting → Offer → Visa → Approval → Travel.
- End: Departure to the promised destination.
8. Dispute Resolution
Disputes should be raised via the support ticket system. If unresolved within 30 days, mediation or local remedies may apply as per the contract.
