We facilitate overseas job applications, verified employer connections, and migration support. We act as a trusted mediator between candidates and employers.

3. Candidate Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and truthful information in applications and CVs.
  • Comply with legal obligations of both source and destination countries.
  • Respect agreed contract terms and pay service fees responsibly.

4. Our Obligations

We ensure all recruitment services are legal, transparent, and compliant with international labor laws. Employment is not guaranteed if requirements are unmet.

5. Payments & Fees

All service fees are outlined in written agreements. Unauthorized payments to third parties are strictly prohibited and Shabab International is not liable for such transactions.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for delays, visa rejections, or issues beyond our control such as government regulations or employer policy changes.

7. Termination

We may terminate services if candidates provide false information, breach agreements, or engage in unlawful activities.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malta. Disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Maltese courts.
